Sunset Barn
The Monadnock Area Artists Association used to hold themed exhibits at the Colonial Mill Market Place in Keene, New Hampshire. A couple of months before the exhibit they would tell members the theme. One time it was "Barns". Since I didn't currently have a barn painting, I went through my photos and found this one I took of a barn in Vermont, near where I used to work in Brattleboro. It had been a bright day and the barn was a different color, but I wanted to create a sunset mood and this is the result.
