On the Way to Alstead
Where I live in Marlow on the Honey Road side of Marlow Hill, I am about equal distance to both Marlow village and East Alstead village. This barn is just past Chase's Mill, which is a historic mill just across Route 123 from Warren Pond that I was asked to paint after I painted this barn. I don't know the history of this barn, but many people have told me their stories connected to the historic buildings in Mill Hollow since I completed these paintings. I wish I had a way to record them. I love the animation of the people with stories to share.
