Ashuelot in October
One of our favorite places to walk in Keene, New Hampshire is the Ashuelot River Park, right in the middle of the West Street business district. One day when I was walking with my son there in the fall, I took the photo that inspired this painting of an older couple enjoying the beautiful foliage reflecting in the water. It felt like a perfectly peaceful moment.
