Ashuelot Bench
I painted this bench from a photo I took in the Ashuelot River Park in Keene, New Hampshire. It is a tiny 4x5 inch painting that I created for a program brochure I was illustrating for Antioch University New England, where work. It was a beautiful spring day with blossoms on the trees, but a thunderstorm was building in the western sky, creating the dark background.
